- Requirements and UI planned end to end, with a public recap page anyone can look at.
- Vania, his second brain, now pulls from box.com, Todoist, Notion and Gmail — and is deliberately critical about where his time should go next week.
Skudra
- An AI qualification system telling manufacturing CEOs which EU funding fits their business — starting with a free Mini-Scan that generates a personalised report.
- Google Workspace, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Forms, Sheets and Apps Script, all driven from one place.
- Questionnaire stress-tested against realistic CEO personas before a single real company saw it.
Favetta
- Three years of research publications from his largest client, made queryable: it summarises the conclusions, cites the exact publication an answer came from, and generates the slides.
- Output refined until it is indistinguishable from native PowerPoint — charts and all.
- Took the social posting skill from the cohort and rebuilt it as his own LinkedIn and X system on Buffer, with branded images.
Berkman
- A complete masterclass sales funnel, live: assessment with server-side scoring, custom CRM on Supabase with row-level security and nine tested migrations.
- A lifecycle email engine that queues every nudge for her approval at 8am — nothing sends unless she says so.
- 315 podcast episode transcripts extracted into her brain. And Steady Sleep, a local-first nightmare-tracking app, built in a single evening.
You didn't just take the course. You shaped it.
